Transparency is something Demo Auto Spares is big on, so it is important to us that you know what you are agreeing to as our valued customer. Happy Buyer, Happy Seller. These are the conditions we would like you to be aware of. By accessing this website you are agreeing to these conditions.
Legalities
This website is an automotive shopping website where you can browse spare parts and other products advertised by Demo Auto Spares. You agree to receive communications from us about enquiries you make through this website. You also agree that we may call, email or WhatsApp you about an incomplete or unconfirmed enquiry. Further information on use of data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this website are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Stock is sold on a first-come basis, and a part shown as available may be sold before your enquiry reaches us. Prices and availability are confirmed when we reply to your enquiry.
Fitment
Vehicle manufacturers change parts within a model run. We will confirm fitment against your VIN before you pay if you send it to us. Where a part is bought without that confirmation, it is bought on the understanding that fitment has not been verified.
Warranty on used parts
Where a warranty period is shown against a part, it covers failure of that part in normal use from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, continued use after a fault appears, or a fault elsewhere in the vehicle. Labour and consequential costs are not covered.
Returns
Electrical parts are not returnable once fitted. Other parts may be returned in their original condition within seven days, with proof of purchase. Contact us before returning anything.
Vehicles
Used vehicles are sold as seen, and buyers are encouraged to arrange their own inspection. Mileage is shown as displayed on the odometer and is not warranted.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a contract or reserve stock. A sale is concluded only once we confirm it with you and payment has been received by Demo Auto Spares.
