This notice explains what Autowagen Software does with the personal information you give us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or a part request, we collect your name, phone number, and your email address if you give one, together with the message and vehicle details you send us. We also record the IP address the request came from, which we use only to detect abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote you, and arrange supply or delivery of the part or vehicle you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 1095 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Where an enquiry led to a sale, the sale record is kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
